Boiler and heating delivery for commercial and development projects across England
We deliver commercial boiler and heating works across England — installation, replacement, heating pipework and planned maintenance — for developers, main contractors and property managers. Every package is supervisor-led and document-supported, from RAMS and toolbox talks through to pressure test records and handover packs. Gas Safe registered where gas works are undertaken, with certification and insurance details available on request.
Our heating teams work on new-build developments, plant room upgrades and occupied commercial buildings. We install and connect boilers, run low temperature hot water (LTHW) distribution, balance and commission systems, and support clients with planned maintenance and heating failure response. Whether you need a priced heating package for a development or ongoing maintenance cover for a managed portfolio, we scale attendance to your programme.

We issue the handover pack — test certificates, commissioning records and as-installed information — close out snagging, and offer planned maintenance to protect the installed plant.
SVC-06 / FAQ
Direct answers for commercial buyers
Yes. We offer nationwide subcontracting for planned commercial and development works, including boiler installation, heating pipework and full development heating packages. We price from your drawings and specification, integrate with your programme, attend progress meetings where required, and deliver under our own RAMS with supervisor-led teams. Valuations, payment applications and contract documentation are handled in line with standard subcontract terms.
We are Gas Safe registered where gas works are undertaken, with engineers holding the commercial categories relevant to the appliance and installation type. Certification and insurance details are available on request, and copies can be issued with our tender return or pre-qualification documentation so your procurement team can verify competence before award.
Yes. We set up planned maintenance programmes for commercial boilers and heating plant, typically structured around manufacturer service intervals and the building's occupancy pattern. Each visit produces a dated report with findings, defect recommendations and photo evidence, and we maintain asset records across the contract. Programmes can cover single buildings or multi-site portfolios, with reactive cover available alongside planned visits.
We prioritise loss of heating in occupied commercial buildings and attend as quickly as resources allow; emergency response is subject to location and availability. On arrival we make the system safe, diagnose the fault and either repair on the day or provide a priced recommendation for parts or replacement. Existing maintenance clients take priority, so a planned maintenance agreement is the most reliable way to secure reactive cover for critical heating plant.
Every project is document-supported from start to finish. Before works begin you receive RAMS and COSHH assessments; during delivery we record toolbox talks, progress photos and pressure test results; at completion we issue a handover pack containing test certificates, commissioning records, as-installed information and O&M content for the heating system. Maintenance contracts add visit reports and asset registers, so your compliance file stays current.
