Bathroom fit-out and sanitary ware packages for developments and commercial washrooms
We deliver bathroom and sanitary ware packages for new-build developments, apartment fit-outs and commercial washrooms across England. Working as a subcontractor to developers and main contractors, our site teams install complete bathrooms from first-fix pipework to final sanitary ware connections, with supervisor-led quality control, benchmark unit sign-off and structured snagging that keeps every unit consistent from the sample flat to the final plot.
Bathroom installation on a development is a repetition exercise: hundreds of near-identical rooms, each needing the same setting-out, the same test results and the same finish. We organise the work accordingly, with RAMS and COSHH assessments before mobilisation, photo evidence of concealed pipework before boarding, pressure test records per unit and a handover pack your client can rely on. Certification and insurance details available on request.

SVC-08 / FAQ
Direct answers for commercial buyers
Yes. We deliver complete bathroom packages on new-build residential and mixed-use schemes across England, covering first-fix hot, cold and waste pipework, second-fix sanitary ware, testing and snagging. Work is typically contracted as a development plumbing package under a main contractor or developer, with a benchmark unit signed off before full production starts. Nationwide subcontracting for planned commercial and development works.
Yes. We operate as a contractor-ready subcontractor: we price from your drawings and schedules, issue RAMS and COSHH assessments for approval, attend pre-start and progress meetings, and report against your programme. Supervisors manage labour levels across phases so bathroom completion tracks your build sequence. Certification and insurance details available on request for your procurement and PQQ requirements.
Through benchmark control and repetition discipline. A sample bathroom is installed and signed off against the specification, fixing setting-out dimensions, fixture heights and sealant standards. Every subsequent unit is installed to that benchmark, checked by supervisors against an inspection and test plan, and supported by photo evidence at first fix. Deviations are picked up at unit level, not discovered at handover.
Each package is handed over with pressure test records per unit, photo evidence of concealed pipework, commissioning and outlet temperature checks, sanitary ware product data and any warranty registrations. Snagging is closed out with photographic confirmation. Documents are compiled into a handover pack formatted to drop into your O&M manuals, so your own client handover is not held up by missing records.
Yes. We carry out phased washroom refurbishments in live offices, retail and leisure premises, sequencing the work floor by floor or core by core so facilities stay available. Works are planned with the property manager, with RAMS covering occupied-building risks, protected access routes and agreed working hours. Out-of-hours and weekend working can be programmed where the building demands it.
